Feeling bad: First, do you need to lose, weight based on your BMI? Is your weight is within range for your age and you want to lose, this has to do with your, perception of,yourself and your body image. Women often focus their self esteem issues on weight. It is often said, that " fat equals feelings." If your weight is in range and you are obsessed, work on feelings. Therapy can help with this.

In addition to what: other docs have said, are you doing excessive exercise? That can be a type of "male anorexia." A mental health pro can help you determine if you have an eating disorder or perhaps OCD. Peace and good health.
