Dizziness: Please see your primary doctor for a complete blood work, you might have Anemia or hyperfunction of thyroid, also losing weight is concerning. keep a calorie and food diary, make sure you eat 1700-2000 kcal a day and log it, if you are still losing weight despite this then you need work up.

See your doctor!: Hi. I can't tell you what's causing your symptoms...could be any number of things. But I DO think you should see a physician IN PERSON and be evaluated. The internet is not the place to look for the diagnosis of a complex constellation of symptoms where our conversation is very limited, we can't do an exam or order tests, etc. Good luck!
