How effective is dextrostat for adult adhd?

Short-acting dextro-: amphetamine marketed as Dextrostat was off the market for a while. Onset of action is 20-60 minutes, peak effect is at 1-2 hours & duration is 4-6 hours. requiring multiple daily doses timed for onset prior to waning of the previous dose. Single daily- dosed Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) & Adderall last ~ 12-14 hours & have lower risk of diversion. Monitor heart rate & blood pressure when on any form of amphetamine.
