Arch pain: Plantar fasciitis can be painful. To start a home program you must have a tennis ball, ice pack, exercise band and lots of patience. Begin your morning with stretching your feet with an exercise band for ten minutes, then once out of bed, stand on the tennis ball and roll it under your foot. Also use ice on it when it gets inflamed. Go to a Podiatrist for further treatments.
