Extra calories.: In our diets we have those unnecessary calories that just add extra weight to our bodies for no good reason. Soda is a perfect example of this. 500 calories of soda every day would add one pound of body weight to you every week - over 50 pounds in a year of extra weight - just from soda. Unnecessary. Drink water.
