How can i manage pcos/endometriosis pain?

PCOS/ endometriosis: You cannot manage that until you have sat down with your gynecologist and found the best way to take care of your concerns. I have yet to encounter a gynecologist who is not extremely helpful.

Sounds unlikely: PCOS is not a cause of pain, though endometriosis can be. Which do you have? Or both? You state your age as 51; if that is correct it would be extremely unusual, I doubt very much that either of these is causing problems. Another cause of pain would be more likely. I hope this helps and good wishes.
