There isn't a "cure": for Dengue. Treatment is supportive in nature. A random controlled trial on 228 patients w/ Dengue fever in Malaysia demonstrated ^'ed platelet count in group that drank 50mg of Carica Papaya juice per day over those receiving standard treatment.
