Supportive care: I am not a medical doc, but using references: treatment for dengue fever is supportive, using either oral or intravenous rehydration for mild or moderate disease, and intravenous fluids and blood transfusion for more severe cases. It has been steadily on the rise since world war ii, and there is no vaccine as yet.
