A member asked:

The white.part of my eye on.the bottom.shows more on my right eye then my left is that normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually normal: Small amounts of scleral show asymmetry is normal. Rarely in people much older than you the lid muscles can weaken, causing the lid to droop slightly, exposing more of the white of the eye. Significant asymmetry is often caused by hyperthyroidism, and more rarely, by masses in the orbit.
