Depends on location: depending on the location and extent of the fracture, numbness of the cheek and bruising /swelling of the cheek and possibly gums/lining of the mouth are possible. You could have loose teeth, issues with the eye on that side, changes in how the teeth fit together and even sinus issues. You could have a depression of the cheek too. You should really discuss with your facial surgeon
