Optimal management : of ADHD = stimulant &/or non-stimulant medications, behavior therapy, parent behavior management training, & environmental modifications at home & school, including " Section 504" classroom modifications. If multimodal treatment is not effective, a Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrician or Child Psychiatrist can evaluate for comorbid neurodevelopmental or psychiatric disorders vs. misdiagnosis.
