See your Dr. soon: Although Mirena (levonorgestrel) can cause breast tenderness, this happens less than 10% of the time. Please see your Dr. soon to make sure nothing else is causing your symptoms. In the meantime, warm compresses and ibuprofen (if you are allowed to take it) can help.
