I stopped breastfeeding august 2017. in november 2017 i got out of the shower and blood was coming from my right nipple. it was the first and last time it happened. but the past 3 days my right breast has been sore on the inside. what should i do?

Breast sore/ bleed: Get a mammogram with sonogram. may be mastitis , pre-menstrual, adenoma, cyst but have to evaluate for breast mass/ cancer even in young adults . F/u/ with breast surgeon in the next week
