Groin pain: "Sports hernia" is a term often used for groin pain in an active person, typically an athlete. Physical ex often normal. Pain MAY be due to a small hernia, or problems with the tendons, muscles, or bones on the pelvis and hip. May even represent a back problem. Sometimes need an MRI to look for these things. Hope this helps!
