Fluid changes : Changes this rapidly are more likely due to fluid changes than true weight changes. There may be other explanations but this is the one that would explain the rapid changes.

Therapy?: Anxiety can greatly influence weight gain or loss. Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as anxiety or depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.

This is extreme, so: I presume your anxiety is, too. Check with your MD for a physical eval, and then go directly to a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist for an anxiety/depression workup. You have classic sxs, which in your case are too strong.
