Probably: 52 BPM should be a normal resting heart rate especially for someone who is on a b-blocker (cardicor) as long as you have no symptoms such as weakness, SOB, feeling lightheaded or ready to pass out. If this is unusually slow for you or you're feeling "not right" I would see a doctor sooner than later to make sure the rhythm is normal.
