I checked my bpm which shows 98 to 100 and sp02 between 98 to 100..is it normal?

Spo2/ bpm: spo2 number is normal. I am assuming bpm means: beats per minute (heart) beats per minute 98 to 100 is high normal. Above 100 is call tachycardia. Were anxious while taking test? Triptan can cause increased heart rate. How often do you take triptans?

Yes, but: A consistent pulse of 98-100 bpm in a resting state is a bit toward the high side of normal and may indicate some deconditioning. Athletes in good shape often have heart rates in the 50-70 bpm range at rest. Anxiety and hyperthyroidism can also cause an elevated heart rate. Loose weight if overweight and start an exercise program.
