Life style change: Loosing weight is possible through life style change. One should not consume more calories than burned in one's routine is the key, helpful adjuncts are significantly cutting down on any kind of sugar in diet, increase level of physical activity, eat healthier combination of fruits, vegetables, proteins etc going to gym is certainly helpful but changing the life style is the key.
