No: IF you were exposed to HIV then the only way to be clean is to have no further exposures for a minimum of 6 months and test negatvie at that time. If you are concerned you should see a doctor and get tested.

Get checked.: One should do Blood test immediately, 6 months and 1 year later for HIV test if there is suspicious of contracting HIV or after having close contact with Body fluids.
