Ear: Many causes including eustachian tube issues and hearing loss. Nasal rinse may make it worse and nasonex (mometasone) takes two weeks to work. See an ENT asap to check it out with an exam and hearing test

Ear Noise: Does noise come & go, or always there? Feel dizzy, lightheaded? Sensation of spinning, rocking, or tumbling (vertigo)? Problems with balance? Nausea/vomiting? Fluid or bleeding from left ear? If Yes to bleeding from ear, see your doctor. If No & you do not have high blood pressure, consider using a decongestant (like phenylephrine) for 2-3 days. If no change or worse symptoms, see your MD
