I'm sorry: to hear that this is even a question. It may be difficult to tell for someone without a medical background. But you may notice that the opening of your vagina looks different, related to your hymen(residual skin over the vaginal opening) being disrupted, or having abrasions in the vagina area. You're best bet would be to see an OB/GYN for an assessment, if possible.

Depends: You would not know unless there were signs of the rape. Torn clothes, stains on clothes, tissue trauma and bruising (which can sometimes be severe) and the presence of secretions in vaginal or anal passageways, especially semen. If you are a virgin and know for certain you had an intact hymen, the loss of this is also a strong cluel
