Likely: If the woman is awake and resistant there can be bodily trauma including things like broken ribs and bodily contusions, bruises and lacerations. The genitalia can be damaged, torn and infected again depending upon the force needed to accomplish the rape. Victims of drug raping might have less trauma since there is less resistance. Gang rape increases the chances for trauma.
