Forced intercourse: This unfortunate activity occurs when a partner forces the other member to have sex without their consent. Sometimes this is with the aid of drugs and alcohol, but other times the stronger partner forces the weaker to consent. It is technically illegal but difficult to prosecute since their are no witnesses and a strong embarrasment factor.
