Start with 1500 kcal; avoid salt; avoid fatty foods; avoid red meat and pork; egg white and fish only for protein; 85% fruit and veggie and whole grain; no bread, no pasta, no pizza, no muffin, no processed cereal; only oatmeal; eat fruit and veg that are colored; avoid canned fruit; no fried food. Count calories.
