IMPORTANT: This is something you should discuss with your parents who should be told this: There are FALSE POSITIVES associated with the routine syphilis tests used on blood!!! Its medically important for the reason for the positive test to be confirmed or "run down" There is absolutely no reason to be ashamed or worried! Take action..... Show this answer to your parents!! Is that possible that syphilis not detected in blood test (VDRL/RPR & TPHA) 4 months after possible exposure, im a bit confuse some doctor here say 3 months are conclusive but another say take another test at 6 months?
