Bump on tongue: Any swelling or unusual lesion on your tongue or in your mouth that has lasted longer than 7-10 days, and especially one that has changed, swollen, or has become painful, needs to be examined clinically, and possibly biopsied. See your dentist or an oral surgeon for an examination.
