Not PCOS treatment: Hi. Your progesterone regimen only tells you that if you have a period after the progesterone stops, that you are making adequate estrogen to stimulate endometrial proliferation. It's not a treatment for PCOS. Standard treatments for PCOS are BCPs, metformin, and spironolactone (in various combinations). Good luck!
