TRamadol Citalopram: Firstly the tramadol dose per day of 400mg is a little high. Secondly the Citalopram is a serotonin uptake inhibitor and TRamadol has the same action. The potential for serotonin does exist. Due to this is is always safe to start with lower doses first and titrate up as needed as long as no side effects are noted.
