Yes, there is: Beyond medication is the work you can do w/ an experienced OCD therapist or program. In-patient may be needed for the intense training you'll get to fight and win this war. OCD is a bully. We need to learn how to fight back. Making you tired is a way OCD tries to defeat you. Your need to be fit. Look for a successful OCD therapist and start standing up to it.
