Tough 2 B the judge: Trying to evaluate oneself for the severity of depression or even to KNOW that's the clinical diagnosis is like trying to give yourself a really good appendectomy using a butter knife from the drawer. CAN'T BE DONE without hurting yourself. It would be best to seek out a professional who is well trained and can recognize symptoms and give you an assessment and recommendations...don't you think?
