Approaches: There are successful approaches to depression, including medication. The perfect one depends on your taste. There are spiritual attitudes and actions you can use. Reading spiritual literature, meditation, & prayer can work. Exercise and/or yoga work for some. 12 step programs with the help of a sponsor work. Medication is effective, but should be supervised. Get help if u need it.

Depression: I would recommend you seeing a psychiatrist immediately. You may need just some psychotherapy but also medications
