No it is not ebola: Ebola has not been detected in anyone in California. Unless you have had been to Western Africa, in close contact with a pt diagnosed with Ebola, or tending to an infected loved one, then you have more than likely have a complication from the flu or something else. See your doctor to figure out what you have- hope you get well soon.
