May be virus: If he looks "good" most of the time, and if he gets any diarrhea, he may have a virus, with his "cold" feeling being due to a fever that makes him warmer than usual so all else seems cold. If can tolerate small portions of flat ginger ale or other clear liquids, can monitor at home for improvement in 18-36 hours. If cannot tolerate po, will need checked by dr sooner.
