Very low: vCJD (Variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease) is very rare. Four cases reported in the US, 2 got it from exposure in the the UK and one from exposure in Saudi Arabia and one from exposure in Europe or middle east-all 4 from exposure outside the USA
