I'm using daktarin for cuts on my foreskin but i have many scars and the cuts heal slowly or not at all. how do i heal them both without circumcision?

See a urologist: Or dermatologist. No harm using miconazole but this is useful to clear yeast or fungus, not cuts. Why do you have cuts???? Sounds like you will better off after circumcision. This is a quick, easy procedure.

Next most effective treatment would be prepucioplasty. Vertical incision is made thu constricting area on upper surface & sutured transversely. Skin will now be loose & retract easily & avoid further splits once it has healed.
