Side effect zyprexa (olanzapine): Zyprexa blocks dopamine receptors which leads to increased prolactin. While not directly related to ovulation, your body most likely is overriding the depoprovera due to the effects of the olanzapine. While no interactions are noted, the timing isn't coincidental.
