I have been on zyprexa (olanzapine) for a year now and notice that my right eye is darker than my left most of the time been to doctor and optician?

Unusual: I have never seen this occur & the literature on this drug does not mention this.It is possible that the right eye has always been darker but you never noticed it. It not uncommon for eyes to not be exactly the same color.

Visual changes?: Have you had any actual changes in your vision?That is the only eye-related side effect of Zyprexa (olanzapine) that I am aware of;however,it's quite possible there are others that are not as well known.Have both your doctor and optician not known what's causing the darkening?My guess is that even if it is the Zyprexa (olanzapine) doing it,it's probably not serious enough to need to stop if you are doing well on it.
