the twitching in my head has been going on for only a few days and mostly during class although i feel shakiness at home. what could be causing this?

Don't know: First thing I would do is check your blood sugar after eating Make sure you don't have reactive hypogycemia. Also check your CBC and iron, thyroid function. Try to get at the cause of the shaky feeling. If blood work does not reveal an answer consider seeing a twitchy, shaking specialist (neurologist)
