Tension while asleep: Right before you wake up, you are usually in rem sleep, the dream state, which is close to wakefulness. You may have been running or stressed out in your dream, causing tension. If you try, you may be able to remember your dreams immediately when you wake up. Wait to go to the bathroom, and they'll be gone.

There isn't a : Subconscious anxiety. I would guess that you may clinch or grind your teeth at night. That can go up with anxiety but not dependant on it. That would cause the jaw issue and is called bruxism or TMJ (tmjd more precisely) the trembling, hard to answer; headaches? The med. Treatment for bruxism is Clonazepam at night, perhaps a dental splint. I would go in, it may be something else; gd luc.
