Dyskinesias: Involuntary movements are broken down into those caused by a tremor, tics, myoclonus, dystonias, chorea, athetosis, and hemiballismus. Those hyperkinetic movement disorders that have a tendency to involve the head include tremors (titubation), tics, and dystonias. The cause for the aforementioned are mostly genetic but at times can be related to metabolic disturbances or meds. Well wishes.
