Throw away the neosp: What is a "lesion sight"? Bacitracin, neosporin, and triple antibiotic are all common sensitizers, causing allergic reactions. They should not be applied to wounds. There is no benefit. The reaction (rash) will heal faster with a steroid cream, the stronger the better. The effective ones are prescription.

Stop neosporin: Many people will have a reaction to Neosporin, or Triple Antibiotic. Try using Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) or bacitracin instead. If the infection is under control, you can try hydrocortisone for any itching. If the lesion persists, it should be evaluated by a Dermatologist.
