Daylight savings: may cause transient temporal distortion, but by itself is not the cause of headaches. Stress related to the time change may... Some folks like the change this time of year because they can sleep in an hour later, even if it means it gets darker sooner at the end of the day. Others like the switch in April because they have more light later, even if they lose an hour. To each their own.
