Headache triggers: Headaches can be triggered by a wide variety of factors such as smell, taste, stress and in your case sweets. The good thing is that you seem to have identified your trigger. So you will know what to avoid. The downside is that sweet things are some of the best things in life. At least, one less factor to worry about that can impact one's waistline!
