Please see a Doctor: There are many different diseases that can cause these symptoms, many benign, some serious. It is impossible to make any reasonable educated guess based on your description. We are a "hands-on" profession. Please make an appointment to see a primary care doctor asap. A thorough medical history, physical exam, lab tests+/-radiology tests may be needed to get to the bottom of this. Good luck !
