Yes: By abdominal ulcer i think you meant stomach ulcer. Yes, ulcers can be cured by appropriate treatment. Caffeine can aggravate ulcer pain and prevent ulcer to heal.

Stomach ulcers: Are caused by use of NSAIDs or associated with HPylori or unopposed stomach acidity as in poor dietary habits, alcohol,smoking and coffee can aggravate ulcers, stress, severe illness and hyperacid production like zollinger ellison syndrome. Cure is done by avoiding or treating the cause and the us antacids or H2 blockers or proton pump inhibitors
