Goiter?: Your TSH of 11.03 is above the normal range of 0.4-4.0 microunits/ml. A high level of TSH is usually associated with low levels of thyroid hormone. A high TSH can cause the gland to enlarge, causing a goiter. Since the gland is close to the upper esophagus, it might be interfering with swallowing, particularly of the foods you mention. Please get medical attention.

Avoid raw goitregens: Cruciferous veggies like cabbage & broccoli & peanuts are among the many foods that are goitregens & can worsen thyroid function. However, cooking reduces this property so avoid raw & consume cooked in moderation. See http://thyroid.about.com/od/symptomsrisks/a/All-About-Goitrogens-thyroid.htm It's important to treat your hypothyroidism.
