Unclear: I'm not sure. It depends on your other medical history, overall health (including weight), sexual history, and medications. Some ideas that come to mind if its not a urinary tract infection or prostatitis are diabetes and STDs like Chlamydia (not always seen on a standard urine test). However, it could also be nothing. I would go over it with your doctor since s/he knows your history.
