Tough to say: Since your Urine test was negative for pregnancy that does not bode well for being pregnant. You need to follow-up with the Doctor and get a serum test to confirm if need be and even serial testing of Quantitative B-HCG to see if the number is going down or up, etc. Best wishes to you.
