How is it possible to see the gestational sac with beta level 348.5? is it something wrong with the lab results or with the pregnancy 5-6 weeks?

It isn't: unless the hCG (beta) was higher and is now dropping. A sac cannot be reliably seen at levels below 1500-2000, a level around 300 is way below normal for 5-6 weeks. Either the hCG or the finding of the sac does not fit. Good wishes.
