Ovarian Cyst: Most ovarian cysts, even larger ones, will usually resolve spontaneously in younger women. However, if it is very painful for you, you can have it removed by laparoscopic surgery. A camera is placed into the abdomen and it is removed through a tiny incision. It is an outpatient procedure. Hope this helps.
