removal may be needed if it is getting bigger, causes ongoing severe pain and disturbs your life, please seek help from a gynecologist for specific diagnosis and treatment

Most ovarian cysts, even larger ones, will usually resolve spontaneously in younger women. However, if it is very painful for you, you can have it removed by laparoscopic surgery. A camera is placed into the abdomen and it is removed through a tiny incision. It is an outpatient procedure. Hope this helps.
